- Change or cancel your planPlans are chosen and changed on the Plans page. Get there from Get more in your account menu, or Change plan or top up (Choose a plan if you have none) on your workspace's Plan & usage page.2 min read
- Credits, plans and billingBrainito has one price list: credits. One balance pays for everything the platform does for you, and every action shows its cost before it runs. If an action fails, its credits come back automatically.2 min read

- Running out of creditsCredits pay for everything — audits, tools, the website builder, AI work and email (25 credits per 1,000 emails). Your balance is Credits at the top of your account menu, and Credits available on Plan & usage.3 min read
- Which plans include email marketingEvery account includes email marketing — with or without a monthly plan. There is no separate email plan any more: sending is paid in credits from the same balance as everything else.2 min read
