About Nidhi
Strategy, execution and conversion, led by one person
Nidhi is a growth strategist and operator who combines marketing strategy, execution, and conversion optimization to help businesses grow.
She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2014 with Wockito, a business card scanning app that grew to 35,000 users. Building her own startup gave her firsthand experience of the challenges founders face when marketing lacks a clear strategy, priorities, and accountability for results.
That experience led her to establish Brainito, where she has developed marketing strategies for more than 1,800 businesses across industries and geographies through its Fiverr Top Rated and Pro agency.
Over time, her work evolved beyond strategy consulting. She recognized that businesses need more than a marketing plan. They need someone who can connect strategy with execution, manage the entire marketing function, and take responsibility for growth.
Today, Nidhi works with a select number of businesses as a Fractional CMO and CRO, leading growth strategy across positioning, customer acquisition, marketing channels, website optimization, and conversion. She brings these disciplines together to identify growth opportunities, allocate resources effectively, and turn marketing into a measurable business function.
Her focus is on building a growth system where strategy, execution, and conversion work together to drive sustainable business results.

What we do
Eleven services, one owner, run every month
Not a menu you pick from. Nidhi decides how much of each the plan needs this month, and the work gets done in your workspace.
Marketing strategy
A 90-day plan written from your audit and your numbers, with a weekly plan under it and a rewrite every month from what moved.
Website and product development
Pages, funnels, conversion fixes and A/B tests built and shipped each month; product changes specified and briefed to your developers.
SEO
Technical fixes, on-page work, new content and AI search visibility, checked against the audit every week.
Social media
A monthly calendar drafted, designed, approved by you and scheduled across your channels, with engagement reported.
Paid ads
Google and Meta campaigns set up, budgeted and optimized every week against your cost per lead or sale.
Email marketing, SMS and WhatsApp
Campaigns, flows and segments on one contact list each month, with deliverability watched and revenue attributed.
PR campaigns
Story angles, a press list and outreach every month, with coverage and mentions reported.
Influencers
Creators shortlisted, briefed, onboarded and managed each month; their fees come from your budget at cost.
Podcasts
Guest pitches to the shows your buyers listen to, and planning, booking and promotion if you host your own.
Webinars
Topic, landing page, invitations, run of show and the follow-up sequence, planned and run end to end.
Affiliate marketing
The program set up, partners recruited and paid on results, with every sale tracked in your analytics.
All of it runs on brainito.com

Your workspace is set up and tracking goes in first: analytics, tags, conversions and ad accounts connected, so the baseline is real.

Strategy into action
The team starts on the plan: the first fixes, campaigns and content ship in the first weeks, with an owner on every line.
- 5
Daily communication

FAQ
Questions people ask before they book
An agency executes a scope you give it. Nidhi owns the number: she decides what to do each week across every channel, gets it done with the Brainito team and platform, works on the website so more visitors convert, and answers for the result. You get one accountable person instead of a project manager relaying briefs.
One person takes responsibility. The whole stack gets run.
Start with an intro call, or message Nidhi on WhatsApp. You get a written proposal with the scope and the quote.
