Shopify Integration

Your store's behaviour, turned into campaigns

Connect Shopify once and orders, checkouts and customers arrive as events. Segment on what shoppers actually did, and email the ones who left something behind.

What the connector does

A durable webhook pipeline, not a nightly CSV export.

Abandoned checkout recovery

When a checkout starts and no order follows, a delayed job emits an abandoned_checkout event carrying Shopify's recovery URL — so a flow can email the shopper a link straight back to their cart.

Orders and checkouts as events

Shopify webhooks are normalised into canonical events the rest of the platform understands, so every downstream feature reads the same shape.

Customer identity resolution

Guests and first-time shoppers are resolved to a profile, or a new one is created — so a checkout is attributable even before someone has an account.

Onsite pixel

A web pixel captures browsing behaviour on the storefront, adding the pre-purchase signals that webhooks alone never see.

Historical backfill

Existing orders and customers are backfilled on connect, so segments are useful immediately rather than after weeks of new traffic.

Segments that keep up

Because events stream in continuously, dynamic segments re-evaluate as shoppers act — no manual list rebuilding.

How it works

1

Connect your store

Authorise Brainito from Shopify. Webhooks and the web pixel are registered for you.

2

History fills in

Past orders and customers backfill while new webhooks stream in, so you start with real data.

3

Build the flow

Segment on store behaviour and let an automation handle the follow-up — including carts nobody completed.

  • Requires a Shopify store you can install an app on.
  • Available on the Growth and Agency plans.
  • Store data is scoped to your workspace and removable on disconnect.

See what your store is leaking first

Run a free marketing audit of your storefront across 77 factors, then connect Shopify to act on it.
