Credits, plans and billing
Brainito has one price list: credits. One balance pays for everything the platform does for you, and every action shows its cost before it runs. If an action fails, its credits come back automatically.
What credits pay for
- Marketing audit — 100 credits per website.
- Tools — 0 to 15 credits a run, and many are free. See What a tool run costs.
- AI website builder — 150 credits for a new site, 10 or 30 for a change depending on its size, 2 per generated image.
- SEO and AI search visibility — for example 5 credits per tracked prompt, per AI engine.
- Brand Kit, marketing plan, social media strategy — 100 credits each.
- Automation AI Step — 2 credits per contact who reaches it.
- Email — 25 credits per 1,000 emails. Contacts are free and unlimited.

Your balance
Open your account menu (your profile in the top bar): Credits is at the top, with Get more next to it. Your workspace's Plan & usage page shows the same balance as Credits available.
In a team or client workspace, work is paid from the workspace owner's credits, not from the person who clicked.
Free to start
Every new account gets 20 free credits at sign-up, and free accounts are topped back up to 20 on the 1st of every month. Every feature is open to try and no plan is needed. A full audit is 100 credits, so it needs a monthly plan.

Credits are added every month and never expire. Cancel any time; the credits you have stay.
The plan size also sets:
- Team seats — 3, 5, 10, then unlimited on Agency.
- Client workspaces — 1 on Pro, 5 on Agency.
- SMS and WhatsApp — Growth and up.
- Dedicated sending IP and a customer success manager — Agency.
- Daily email safety cap — see Your sending limits and usage.
Top-ups
On a monthly plan and ran out before it renews? Top up from the Plans page: $20 for 500, $100 for 2,800 or $500 for 15,000 credits. They add to the same balance and never expire.
Top-ups are only for accounts on a monthly plan. Without a plan there are no one-time credit packs — choose a monthly plan instead.
The one exception is the $5 single report, offered only on an audit report page: it unlocks that one report.
Invoices and payment
Settings → Plan & billing → Subscription & invoices shows your credits, your next renewal and your Invoice History. Manage Subscription opens the secure billing portal for your payment method, receipts and cancelling. See How you are billed.
