Change or cancel your plan

Plans are chosen and changed on the Plans page. Get there from Get more in your account menu, or Change plan or top up (Choose a plan if you have none) on your workspace's Plan & usage page.

Choosing or changing a plan

Pick one of the Monthly plans: Starter $20 (600 credits a month), Growth $50 (1,600), Pro $100 (3,400) or Agency $500 (20,000). If you are on an earlier plan (Pro $150, Business $400 or Scale $1,000), it keeps renewing as it is. See Credits, plans and billing for what each size adds.

Switching to another plan takes effect straight away, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. The page confirms with Your plan has been updated.

Moving to a smaller plan

Your credits stay — they never expire. The smaller plan adds fewer credits each month, and its limits apply from then on: team seats, client workspaces, SMS and WhatsApp, and the daily email cap.

Your data stays too. Contacts, audiences, campaigns and history are not deleted by changing plan.

Running short before renewal

You do not need a bigger plan for a one-off busy month. Top up credits on the same page — $20 for 500, $100 for 2,800 or $500 for 15,000 — adds to your balance. Top-ups are for accounts on a monthly plan.

Cancelling

Settings → Plan & billing → Subscription & invoices → Manage Subscription opens the secure billing portal, where you cancel. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and the credits you have stay and can still be used.

If you are billed through Shopify, use Manage in Shopify — the subscription lives there and cannot be cancelled from here.

Cancelling a plan is not the same as deleting your account. Two separate actions, and doing one does not do the other:

• Cancel the plan and your account remains, with its data and its credits.
• Delete the account and the data goes, but an active subscription still needs cancelling separately.

If you are on an older plan

• The old audit plans (Starter $20, Growth $100 and Agency $500 a month, with 500, 5,000 or 50,000 credits) are no longer sold. Yours keeps renewing with its credits until you cancel it. Switch to a monthly credit plan whenever you like; your credits carry over.
• The old email plans are no longer sold either. Yours keeps covering your sending until it renews; after that, sending uses credits.
