Who can run tools

Running a tool needs a signed-in account — that is all. If you are signed out, the tool page says Sign in to use marketing tools: Create a free account to run tools and get your marketing insights.

No plan is needed. Every new account gets 20 free credits at sign-up, topped back up to 20 on the 1st of every month, and runs are paid from that balance.

Every tool, every account

Worth being clear, because it is the opposite of how most tool libraries work: there is no tier that unlocks extra tools. Every signed-in account can run every tool in the library, with or without a monthly plan.

The only difference between tools is what a run costs in credits — and many cost nothing. See What a tool run costs.

So "upgrade to access this tool" is never the answer here. If you are out of credits that is a balance question, not an access one — see Running out of credits.

The one exception: the tool library is not part of the Brainito app for Shopify, so an account that uses only that app sees Marketing tools aren't part of the Brainito app for Shopify.

Tools and email work the same way

Both are open to every account and both are paid from the same credit balance: tool runs per run, email at 25 credits per 1,000 emails. See Which plans include email marketing.
