What the website builder does
The website builder writes a complete website for your business from a short description, then lets you change it by chatting. Open Marketing Manager in the sidebar and choose Website.
What you can do there
- Build a site from a brief, optionally starting from one of your brand kits. See Build a new website.
- Change it in chat — ask for a new page, a rewritten hero, different colours. See Change your site with the AI chat.
- Edit text and images directly in the preview, free. See Edit text and images directly.
- Go back to any earlier version. See Versions and restoring.
- Publish it to your own Vercel account and connect your own domain. See Publish your site.
Every form on a site you build saves the visitor to Contacts, so enquiries from your website land in the same place as the rest of your audience.
The Website page
Each site is a card showing its name, its address and a status:

| Draft | Built, not published yet. |
| Publishing | A publish is running. |
| Live | Published; the latest publish worked. |
| Publish failed | The last publish did not go through. The site itself is fine. |
| GitHub | A site you connected from its own repository. |
Click a card to open the editor. New website starts another site. The line under the page title shows how many websites your plan allows, for example "1 of 2 websites on the Starter plan".
What it costs
Building a site costs 150 credits. Chat changes cost 10 or 30 credits depending on the kind of change, and a generated image costs 2 credits. Direct edits, restoring a version and publishing are free. Credits come from the workspace owner's balance — see Credits, plans and billing.
How many sites you can have
The number depends on the plan of whoever pays for the workspace: Free 1, Starter 2, Growth 3, Pro 10, AI Marketer 50. Only creating a site is limited; if you are over the limit you keep every site you have. Deleting a site frees a slot.
