Connect your social accounts
Open Social Media and choose the Integrations tab. Under Add a destination there is a card for Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Click Connect on the one you want and sign in to that platform to grant access.
Check which workspace you are in first. Connected accounts belong to the workspace, not to your login.
Facebook and Instagram
One Meta sign-in covers both. After you approve it, Brainito shows Choose where to publish: every Facebook Page and linked Instagram account you manage. Tick the ones this workspace should post to and click Add.
If the workspace is already connected to Meta for ads, Connect skips the sign-in and goes straight to that list.
If the list says No Pages found, Meta did not share any Pages. Click Reconnect and make sure you select your Pages during the Meta sign-in.
How many you can connect
Each workspace can connect up to 20 destinations. The page header shows how many you have used, for example "3 of 20 used". Each Page or account counts as one, even when they came from the same sign-in. At the limit, the Connect buttons are disabled until you disconnect one.
Reading an account card
Each connected account shows a status:
- Active: publishing normally.
- Paused: you turned publishing off for it. Posts to it will not go out.
- Reconnect: access has stopped working. Click Connect for that platform again.
Below the status, some accounts show how long access lasts, for example "Access valid for 52 more days". When it reaches seven days or fewer the line turns amber. Reconnect before it runs out or scheduled posts to that account will fail.
Pausing and disconnecting
- Pause publishing stops posts going to that account without removing it. Resume publishing turns it back on.
- Disconnect removes the account. Scheduled posts to it stop. Your post history is kept.
A paused or disconnected account still shows in the composer, greyed out with the reason (Publishing paused or Needs reconnecting), so you can see why you can't pick it.
Next: once an account shows Active, click New post to write your first post.
