See how your social posts performed

Open Social Media, go to the Integrations tab and click Insights. The Analytics page shows how the posts you published through Brainito performed.

What the Analytics page shows

• Four headline numbers: Posts, Impressions, Likes and Comments.
• By platform: posts, impressions, reach, likes and comments per platform.
• Best performing: your top posts with their likes and comments, and a link to open each one.

The date filter at the top right picks which posts are counted, by the day they were published. It starts on Last 30 days.

Why some numbers show a dash

A dash means the platform doesn't give us that number. It is not a zero.

• Facebook stopped reporting post impressions and reach.
• LinkedIn doesn't report impressions on organic personal posts.
• TikTok metrics aren't available to the app.

Why the numbers look out of date

Engagement is collected a few times a day for the first 30 days after a post goes out. After that a post keeps the last numbers recorded. Posts published outside Brainito are not counted here, and a page with nothing published yet shows Nothing published yet.

Instagram account insights and comments

For a live look at one Instagram account, click Instagram on the Integrations tab.

1. Pick the account under Account.
2. Click Fetch live insights. Nothing loads until you do.
3. Read Profile insights (followers, following, posts and the last 24 hours of account activity) and Post insights for its most recent posts.

Click Comments on any post to read the thread. From there you can Reply, Hide a comment (and Restore it later) or Delete it.

If the page says No Instagram account connected, connect one on Integrations. If it says the account isn't linked to a Facebook Page, Instagram won't share its insights. Reconnect it to fix that.
