Where to find Social Media and what each tab does

Social Media lives inside a workspace. In the sidebar open Marketing Manager and choose Social Media. The page has three tabs: Calendar, Posts and Integrations.

Calendar

The landing page. It does two jobs:

  • Create your 30-day calendar: enter a website and Brainito plans a month of posts for it. See Plan a month of posts with Social Studio.
  • Saved calendars: every calendar you have made, one per website. Open one to see the month with every planned post and every scheduled post in place.

Inside a calendar, Week and This month switch the view, and the arrows move between months or weeks. Times are shown in your browser's time zone, and the header says which one. A legend explains the colours: Planned, Draft, Scheduled, Published, Needs attention and Failed.

Drafts you saved without a date sit in a strip at the top, Drafts with no date yet. Open one and pick a date before it can be scheduled.

New post opens the composer from anywhere in the section.

Posts

Everything scheduled, published or needing attention, newest first, with problems pushed to the top. Each post shows one row per account it goes to, so you can see that three of four published and one failed. This is where you retry failures, cancel scheduled posts and approve posts. Integrations

The Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, LinkedIn profiles and TikTok channels this workspace can publish to. The Insights and Instagram buttons at the top open the analytics pages. See Connect your social accounts.

The banner at the top

When a post did not go out, an amber banner appears on the social pages with a Review button that takes you to Posts. When everything is fine but posts are waiting, a quieter line says how many are scheduled. When there is nothing to report, there is no banner.
