See who received a campaign

Open this in your dashboard

Open the campaign from the Campaigns table. The detail page shows its Audience, Sender, Subject, Status and Sent At, and below that a Recipients table listing each recipient's Email and Status.

Only the first 100 are listed

The table is capped and says so — "Showing first 100". It is there to answer "did this actually go out, and to roughly whom", not to be an export of your list.

For a specific person, look them up on the Contacts page instead; that has search.

Recipient status versus campaign status

Two different things:

  • The Status at the top is the campaign's — draft, sending, sent, paused.
  • The Status per row is that recipient's — whether their individual message was sent, or skipped.

A campaign can read Sent while individual recipients were skipped, which is normal and expected.

Someone you expected is not listed

Almost always one of four causes: they are suppressed, their address is invalid, they never gave marketing consent, or they are not actually in the audience you selected. All four are covered in Why fewer people received the campaign.

Check the last one first — selecting the wrong audience is easier to do than it sounds, and easiest to rule out.

Next: open the campaign from Campaigns and check its Audience field before digging into individual recipients.
