Why my ad campaigns or numbers aren't showing
Most gaps on the Paid Ads pages come down to sync timing, the date filter, or the account picker. Work through these in order.
"No campaign data in this period yet"
A first sync can take a few minutes after you connect. Check the Updated time in the page header; if it says nothing has synced yet, wait and refresh.
If the account has been connected for a while, widen the date filter. The pages start on the last 30 days, and a campaign with no delivery in that window has no figures to show.
A campaign is missing
- Check the filter on the Campaigns tab. All, Running, Paused and Ended each show a count.
- Check the account picker. If it is set to one account, campaigns in your other accounts are hidden.
- Check you are on the right platform: Google Ads and Meta Ads each list only their own campaigns.
Paused campaigns stay listed even with no spend in the period, so you can resume them.
What the statuses mean
The Status column shows the platform's own word in lower case. On the Campaigns tab they are grouped:
- Running —
activeon Meta, enabledon Google. These are spending. - Paused — stopped, and can be resumed.
- Ended — anything else, such as finished, removed or archived.
Totals look too high
If your ad accounts use different currencies and the picker is set to All ad accounts, the totals add the currencies together. Choose a single account.
Numbers differ from Ads Manager
Small differences are normal: the platforms revise recent days for a while after the fact, and figures here update on the next sync. Compare the same dates and the same account. On Meta, Clicks and Cost per click use link clicks, which matches Meta's default columns.
Revenue or ROAS is blank
Blank means it can't be traced yet, not zero. See What the Paid Ads numbers mean.
Still nothing
Check the connection itself under Integrations. See A connection isn't bringing anything in.
Next: set the date filter wider, set the picker to All ad accounts, and choose All on the Campaigns tab.
