Where Paid Ads is and what it shows
Paid Ads shows the spend and results of your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts in one place. Open Marketing Manager in the sidebar, then Paid Ads.
The pages
- All platforms — every connected ad account added together.
- Google Ads — an Overview tab and a Campaigns tab for Google only.
- Meta Ads — the same two tabs for Facebook and Instagram ads.
Each Overview shows a row of numbers at the top, a Spend over time chart, the Daily spend cap, and your top campaigns. The View all link under that list takes you to the Campaigns tab, which lists every campaign with a Running, Paused and Ended filter.
The header shows how fresh the figures are, for example Updated 12 min ago. Use the date filter beside it to change the period; it starts on the last 30 days.
Connect an account first
With nothing connected you see No ad accounts connected. Click Connect an ad account, which opens your connections, and connect Google Ads or Meta. See Connect Meta or Google Ads.
The first sync can take a few minutes, so an empty table straight after connecting is normal.
Several ad accounts
If you connect more than one account, a picker above the numbers lets you choose one account or All ad accounts. If your accounts use different currencies, the page warns you that the totals add them together. Choose a single account to see figures that mean something.
What you can change from here
For Meta campaigns you can Pause, Resume and Edit a campaign, and build a new one with New campaign. Google Ads campaigns are view-only in Brainito for now.
These actions change your live ad account. See Pause, resume or edit a campaign and Create a Meta ad campaign.
Next: open Paid Ads, pick the platform, and check the Updated time before you trust the numbers.
