See the leads from your ad forms

The Leads page lists every submission from your Meta and Google lead forms, including the ones that did not become contacts. It is not in the tab strip: press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac) and search for Ad leads.

Leads appear within seconds of being submitted. For where each lead is filed, see Route ad leads into the right list.

The table

Each row shows Submitted, Lead (the name and email or phone from the form), Form, Campaign and Status. Use the account picker and the All forms dropdown to narrow it down. The status chips across the top double as filters and show a count for each.

What each status means

  • Contact created — linked to a contact, and available in segments and automations.
  • Processing — received; the contact is being created.
  • Test lead — a test submission. Stored so you can confirm delivery works, but deliberately not turned into a contact.
  • No email or phone — the form collected neither, so there was no person to create. Check the form's field mapping.
  • Failed — something went wrong. It is retried automatically.

Hover a status to see the same explanation on the page.

"Details removed"

Older leads can show Details removed. The answers were deleted after the retention period for personal data; the row stays so your counts still add up.

"No leads yet"

  • No one has submitted a form since you connected.
  • Google keeps lead submissions for 60 days, so anything older can't be imported.
  • The account picker is set to an account with no leads. Switch it back.

If leads arrive here as Contact created but you can't find them in a list, check your routing rules. Being routed into a list is also not the same as being subscribed.

Next: press Ctrl+K, open Ad leads, and click the No email or phone or Failed chip if either has a count.
