Generate or regenerate a plan, and what it costs

Once your details are confirmed, click Generate Plan. Each generation costs 100 credits from the workspace owner's balance. The plan then fills in section by section on the same page.

Starting a generation

1. Open Marketing Plan and choose the plan from the menu at the top right.
2. On the Details confirmed summary, click Generate Plan. The plan page opens.
3. Click Generate Plan again at the bottom of the page. The button reads Starting… and then Generating… while it runs.

The 100 credits are taken when the run starts. If it can't start at all, they're returned straight away.

How long it takes

The plan is written in stages, with each step building on the one before:

1. The first research sections are written together.
2. Demographics & Market Size, Customer Journey and Product-Market Fit follow.
3. The Marketing Plan steps come next, and the Budget is last.

Each row shows Pending, then Generating…, then Done once you can open it. You don't need to refresh because the page updates by itself. The work runs on our side, so you can leave the page and come back. When it's finished, the panel at the bottom says Plan generated.

Regenerating

When a plan is finished, the button changes to Regenerate Plan. Clicking it starts a fresh run from your current confirmed details. The new sections replace the old ones on the page as they're written.

While one run is still going, clicking again doesn't start or charge for a second one.

Who pays

The credits always come from the workspace owner's balance, even when an admin or member clicks the button. If that balance is too low, you'll see that the workspace doesn't have enough credits for a plan (100 needed) and should ask the owner to top up. See Running out of credits.

Viewers can open finished plans but can't generate them.
