The Marketing Plan is a written plan built for one business: research into your market, the channels to use and in what order, and a budget. Open Marketing Plan in the sidebar. You answer a short set of questions, confirm them, and click Generate Plan. Each generation costs 100 credits.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the business. Your website, what you sell, competitors, target countries and cities, your goal and your monthly ad budget. See Create a marketing plan.
  2. Confirm the details. Confirm details are correct locks them in. The plan is built from exactly what you confirm.
  3. Generate. The plan fills in section by section while you watch. See Generate or regenerate a plan.

What you get

The finished plan has four parts:

  • About Product — a summary of the business, plus the details you provided.
  • Market Research — User Need Analysis, Market Demand Analysis, Demographics & Market Size, Competitor Analysis, Customer Journey and Product-Market Fit.
  • Marketing Plan — the channels and order of execution, written as steps for this business. Not every business gets every step.
  • Budget — a 12-month allocation across those channels, with expected clicks and leads.

See Read your marketing plan.

If you've run a Marketing Audit on the same website in this workspace, the plan uses the latest finished audit. It's worth running the audit first. See Run an audit.

Plans belong to the workspace

Everyone in the workspace can open its plans. Owners, admins and members can create, edit and generate them. Viewers can only read them. The credits always come from the workspace owner's balance, whoever clicks the button.

You can keep several plans, for example one per website or product. The menu at the top right of the page switches between New plan and your Recent plans.
