Add more ad accounts or pages to a connection
You choose what to connect when you first authorise — pages and lead forms on Meta, ad accounts on Google Ads. To include more later, open the connection and use Add accounts.
You do not need to disconnect and start again.
If the account you want is not listed
The list shows what the authorising account can see. Something missing usually means one of:
- The account you signed in with does not have access to it. Ask whoever administers it to grant access, then use Add accounts again.
- It sits under a different business or manager account. Access to one does not imply access to another.
- The permission was not granted during authorisation. Reconnecting and approving fully resolves it.
All three are resolved on the provider's side, not here — which is worth knowing before spending time in our settings looking for a fix that is not there.
After adding
New accounts start their own sync, so expect Setting up or Waiting for first sync for a while. Check Health & data to confirm data is arriving — see Check a connection is working.
Then check your routing rules. A new page or ad account produces leads that existing rules may not match, and unmatched leads land nowhere useful. This is the step most often forgotten when adding an account.
Next: open the connection, use Add accounts, then review Where new contacts go.
