Sharing an audit report
Every completed scan keeps its own URL, so a specific report can be linked to rather than re-run. Open it from Recent reports on your dashboard home, or View all for the full history.
Sharing the link
The report URL is stable and points at that scan, not at "the latest scan for this domain". So a link sent today still shows the same findings next month, which is what makes it usable in a proposal or a hand-off.
Whoever opens it will need appropriate access — this is a dashboard page, not a public URL. If you are sending it outside your team, expect them to hit a sign-in rather than the report.
Sharing with a client
If this is a recurring relationship rather than a one-off, a separate workspace is usually the better structure. Their data stays theirs, and they can open their own reports without seeing anyone else's. See Workspaces.
Before you send it
Two things worth doing:
- Check what was scanned. A report against the wrong domain variant is worse than no report in front of a client. See Which domain should I scan?.
- Read the score in context. It is a diagnostic, not a grade, and it is not comparable across different kinds of site. Presenting it as a competitor comparison invites a question you cannot answer. See What the score is actually for.
Showing progress
The most useful thing to share is usually two reports rather than one — the scan from before the work and the scan after it. Both remain available, which is precisely why scans are kept separately instead of being overwritten.
Next: open View all, find the scan you want, and copy its URL.
