A scan didn't finish or looks wrong
It is taking longer than expected
A scan typically takes 2–3 minutes and you can watch progress live. Longer than that usually means the site is slow to respond or is rate-limiting automated requests.
Give it a few minutes before rerunning — a second scan does not make the first finish faster, and it costs credits again.
The score is much lower than expected
Check what was actually scanned first. Most surprisingly-low scores are a scan of the wrong thing:
- A domain that only redirects to the real site.
- A staging or password-protected site, where the analysis sees a login page.
- A subdomain with almost nothing on it.
See Which domain should I scan?.
If the domain is right, the score is probably right. The audit covers technical SEO, on-page, tracking, trust, search visibility, brand presence and social — a site strong in one and absent in the others scores lower than its owner expects, which is the point of a multi-signal score.
Part of the report looks empty
Some sections depend on signals a site may genuinely not have — no social presence produces an empty social section. That is a finding, not a fault.
Credits
Each scan costs 100 credits, including a rerun. Check Credits in your account menu before rescanning repeatedly to chase a number. See Credits, plans and billing.
Still wrong
Note the domain you scanned and what you expected to see, and contact support with both. "The score is low" is hard to investigate; "I scanned X, expected Y on factor Z" is not.
Next: open the report and confirm which domain it actually scanned before anything else.
