Create a Brand Kit

Open this in your dashboard

Open Marketing Manager → Brand Kit. The create form is the first thing on the page. Choose I have a website or No website yet, fill it in, and start. A kit costs 100 credits from the workspace owner.

From your website

  1. Choose I have a website and enter the address, e.g. yourbusiness.com.
  2. Optional but worth it: click Help us get it right: 3 quick questions (optional) and answer Who is your ideal customer?, How should you sound? (3 words) and Anything we must get right?
  3. Click Generate Brand Kit.

The logo, colours and fonts are taken from your site. The rest is drafted from your homepage and a few other pages, plus your quick answers — the finished kit lists which pages it read.

Without a website

Choose No website yet. Fill in Business name and What you do or sell (both required), plus Where you are and How should it feel? (3 words) if you can. Add more details for a better kit (optional) adds customers, colours you like or dislike, brands you admire, and a page about you (Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, Google Maps).

Click Design my starter kit. You get colours, fonts, a text logo and icon, voice and the rest, labelled Starter brand kit · made from your answers. Once you have a website, make a full kit from it.

While it builds

You go straight to the kit. The header reads "Building your kit… N of M sections ready" with a progress bar, and each section fills in as it is drafted. You can leave and come back; the kit shows Generating in the kit menu until it is done.

Credits

The 100 credits come from the workspace owner's balance, whoever clicks. If the balance is short, you'll see that the workspace doesn't have enough credits and should ask the owner to top up — see Running out of credits.

Clicking twice, or starting the same site in another tab while one is still building, opens the kit already in progress instead of charging again.

If the kit can't be built, the credits are returned automatically. See Versions, and when a kit fails.

View-only members can't create kits. The page says so and asks you to contact an owner or admin.

Next: answer the three quick questions — they are what stops the voice section sounding generic.
