Sign up and your free credits

Signing up is free and needs no card. Every new account starts with 20 free credits, and free accounts are topped back up to 20 each month.

Create your account

Click Start free on the Brainito website. In the sign-in window, either:

• click Continue with Google, or
• enter your email address and click Continue with email. We email you a link; click it to sign in. There is no password to remember.

The same steps sign you in next time. If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, or click Use a different email to try another address.

Once you're in, you land on Home, inside your own workspace.

Your free credits

Credits are how Brainito charges for work. One balance pays for everything, and every action shows its cost before it runs. If an action fails, its credits come back.

• At sign-up: 20 credits. Signing up from one of our email, SMS or WhatsApp pages gives 50 instead.
• Every month: an account without a paid plan is topped back up to 20 credits in the new month (UTC), the first time you open the dashboard. Free credits don't pile up: if you have 8 left, you go back to 20, not 28. Credits you bought are never reduced.

Your balance is shown at the top of your account menu, and on Home under the greeting.

What 20 credits covers

Enough to try the platform: many Marketing Tools are free or cost a few credits a run. Contacts are free.

A full Marketing Audit costs 100 credits, as do a Marketing Plan and a Brand Kit, so those need more credits than the free allowance. See Credits, plans and billing for the full price list.

Getting more credits

Click Get more (or Get credits when your balance is empty) under your balance in the account menu to open the plans. The monthly plans start at $20 for 600 credits a month, and credits never expire.
