Find a contact
Open Contacts and use the search box — Search by name or email. A partial address is enough.
The table shows Contact, Source, Tags, Subscribed and Added, with Previous / Next paging, and an All sources filter for narrowing by where contacts came from.
If you cannot find someone
In likelihood order:
- Wrong workspace. Contacts belong to a workspace. If you manage more than one, the person may be in another — check the workspace switcher first. This is the most common answer by a distance. See Workspaces.
- They were never imported. A CSV row with a malformed address is skipped at import rather than added.
- A different address. People have several. Search by name instead.
- They were deleted. Deleted contacts do not appear.
Filtering by source
All sources narrows to one origin — a particular import, a store sync, ad leads. Useful when a whole batch looks wrong and you want to see just that batch rather than hunting through everything.
Contacts are not the same as list membership
The Contacts page holds everyone in the workspace. Being here does not mean someone is in any particular audience — to check that, open the list itself and search there. See See who is in a list.
Next: open Contacts, search the address, and if nothing comes back check the workspace switcher before anything else.
