Starting point
Where we started
The business
QuoMarkets and TradeQuo are two brands of an online broker offering forex, CFDs, stocks and crypto trading to clients worldwide, with a UAE license added in late 2025.
Brainito ran off-page SEO, PR and reputation work for both brands from June 2025 to March 2026. The month-by-month account below follows the monthly reports from September 2025, when the client's new website was being finished, through March 2026.
The challenge
Searches for the brand name were dominated by third-party review and complaint sites rather than pages the broker controlled. Those listings also shaped what AI assistants said about the brand when traders asked.
Financial content is tightly moderated: publishing platforms reject promotional broker material, PR outlets have long approval queues, and quality finance influencers quote budgets well above most plans. The broker needed durable authority signals and a search results page it could stand behind, built within those rules.
Month by month
What we did, in order
Volume first to take back the branded results page, then a shift to fewer, higher-authority placements and owned properties.
September 2025
Research while the new site was built
- UAE market research: financial influencer landscape, media outlets suited to a Dubai PR rollout, cost benchmarks for PR, guest posts and influencers.
- Compliance checklist for financial promotion in the UAE, a PR and media strategy for Dubai and MENA, and an awareness and credibility plan ready to execute.
October 2025
Reputation baseline and first content wave
- 31 high-impact negative article links identified and their publishers contacted.
- 9 AI assistant prompts about the brand reviewed and answered with accurate, brand-approved content.
- 114 reputation-building articles published on Substack with proper citations.
- A UAE-based YouTube influencer test campaign.
November 2025
Publishing at scale and partner outreach
- 30 articles on Vocal Media addressing negative narratives with factual content.
- Analysis of the leading negative review listing and a content plan to answer its claims.
- Guest blogging, PR and influencer outreach: publishers contacted, pricing collected, feasible placements shortlisted.
- 150-plus data points organized to guide positioning and backlink opportunities.
December 2025
PR coverage and owned properties
- 18-plus guest articles and editorial reviews live across finance, trading and business sites.
- Three press releases distributed: the 2025 review and audit (Digital Journal), the UAE license expansion (Barchart, The Globe and Mail, Zawya, USA Today) and the withdrawal performance update (MENAFN, openPR).
- Five brand-support domains set up for the UAE, help, about, licence and reviews, plus five SEO articles on an owned research blog.
- Influencer collaborations paused after quotes of several thousand dollars per post exceeded the plan.
January 2026
Strategy reset to quality
- In-depth competitor analysis of positioning, messaging and content gaps.
- Customer journey mapped across funnel stages with high-intent and awareness keywords for each.
- Guest blogs and PR articles drafted for the quality-first phase.
February 2026
60 original articles
- 60 original articles written and published across Vocal Media, Medium and owned domains, covering broker transparency, execution speed, withdrawals, risk management and platform reliability.
- Several finance articles rejected by platform moderation were reworked into educational framing to pass compliance.
March 2026
A network of 14 review and research sites
- 14 custom guest-blogging websites built end to end: concept, design and development, content, on-page and technical SEO, and Google listing.
- Long-term AI SEO strategy finalized; PR articles and guest blogs prepared for approval; handover documentation for the client's internal team.
Today
What runs now
- Branded search
- Page one for the brand name is now the broker's own site with sitelinks, its App Store listing, Trustpilot, Instagram, LinkedIn, the TradeQuo site and the brand-support domains. Third-party review listings have been pushed down the results, and the goal is to own at least five pages of results.
- Authority and links
- The broker's Semrush Authority Score rose from 14 to 24 over the engagement on the back of the guest articles, contextual backlinks and PR coverage, with the quality-first phase targeting higher-authority placements for the owned sites as well.
- Press coverage
- Seven placements across Barchart, The Globe and Mail, USA Today, Zawya, Digital Journal, MENAFN and openPR, covering the 2025 review, the UAE license and operational milestones.
- AI visibility
- When asked for the latest on the brand, ChatGPT now cites the Barchart, StreetInsider, openPR, Marketers Media and Vocal coverage produced in this engagement, alongside Trustpilot.
- Owned network
- 19 domains the brand controls: five brand-support sites and 14 broker review and research sites, each with content, on-page SEO and a Google listing, ready to carry future articles and links.
Figures come from Brainito's monthly reports to QuoMarkets and TradeQuo (engagement June 2025 to March 2026), Semrush and live search results captured in December 2025. No client revenue or budget is shown.
