Directories and places to publish (Off-page SEO)

Open SEO → Off-page for the directories your business should be listed on, whether it is, and sites where you can publish articles, each with topics. Every item can go on your Action Board.

Set up the business first

At the top, choose the Business type and Country, and type an Industry (for example "digital marketing"). They save as you change them. Until a business type is set, the page asks "What kind of business is …?" and shows no lists, because both lists are matched to the type and country.

The business type is also used by Opportunities on the On-page tab.

If authority data is available for the site, the top bar shows its authority score, referring domains and backlinks.

Directories

The Directories section lists the ones that fit your business and how many you are already on. Each row shows:

• Listed — found. Click Listing to see it.
• Not listed — not found. This is a gap worth filling.
• Not checked — not looked up yet.

AI cites this marks directories that AI answer engines draw on, which makes them more valuable. paid marks directories that charge to list.

Each listing check costs 1 credit. Use Check or Re-check on a row, or the button in the header to check all the unchecked ones at once (Check N listings · X credits), or Re-check all once everything has been checked.

To work through the gaps, click Add to task on a row, or Add all not listed to tasks.

Where to publish

Click Find places and topics · 10 credits. You get free platforms and sites in your niche that accept articles, with three topics each: a title, an angle and the keyword it targets. Click a platform name to open its site or submission page.

Regenerate · 10 credits builds a fresh list. Each platform has Add to task, which puts the platform and its topics on your Action Board.

If a run fails, its credits are refunded.

After you get listed

A listing you add won't show as Listed until you check it again. Click Re-check on that row (1 credit) once the listing is live.
