What is actually in the report, in the order you will read it
Most pages promising a free website audit report show a blurred screenshot and a form. This page walks through the actual report Brainito produces, section by section, so you know what you are getting before you type in a domain. The report has five parts: an overall score with a breakdown by category, the 77 factor verdicts with the evidence behind each one, a fix list ranked by impact, a plain-English note on what each fix involves, and a weekly re-check that updates everything. Nothing is held back for a paid tier. The example below follows a fictional Denver plumbing company so the sections have real numbers in them.
Section one: the score and category breakdown
The report opens with a single score out of 100 and a breakdown across the factor groups: Website Essentials, On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Analytics and Tracking, and Marketing Channels. Our Denver plumber scores 54 overall: 71 on Website Essentials because the trust pages exist, 38 on On-Page SEO because of duplicate titles, 49 on Technical SEO, 30 on Analytics and Tracking because only Google Analytics is present, and 60 on Marketing Channels. The point of the breakdown is to show where the score is being lost, not to celebrate the number. A site can score 80 and still have a critical indexability problem, which is why the next section matters more than this one.
Section two: 77 factor verdicts, each with evidence
Every factor gets a verdict and the evidence that produced it. For Title and meta the report lists the exact pages whose titles collide, in this case nine service pages all titled 'Services | Denver Plumbing Pros'. For Canonical tags it shows the tag found on each sampled page and whether it points to itself. For Mobile page speed it shows the measured LCP, 4.9 seconds for the home page, and the largest element that caused it. For Meta Pixel it reports which pages load it. This is the section an agency charges $1,500 to $3,000 to produce by hand, and it is the one that makes the fixes defensible to a developer or a boss who asks why.
Section three: the fix list, ranked by impact
The third section reorders everything into the sequence to work through. Ranking is by expected impact, not technical severity, so a missing H1 on the contact page sits well below a noindex on the emergency plumbing page. For the Denver plumber the top three are: remove the noindex on the emergency page, rewrite the nine duplicate titles, and compress the hero image that drives the 4.9 second LCP. Each item states what to change, where, and roughly how long it takes. Most sites have three to six fixes that account for the majority of the available gain, and the list makes that visible so a one-person team can stop after those and still see results.
Section four: what happens after the first report
The report is not a PDF that goes stale. Brainito re-checks the site every week and updates the score, the verdicts, and the fix list, so you can see the emergency page reindex, the titles change, and the LCP drop, and you catch anything new that a plugin update or a redesign breaks. When you are ready to act, the Marketing Manager workspace does the fixes: a website builder for pages, an SEO suite for titles, schema, and canonicals, social, email, and analytics. That work runs on credits sold in plans from $20 a month, and the audit and the weekly report remain free regardless. Compared with SEOptimer at about $19 a month for a similar PDF, the ongoing re-check is the main difference.
Frequently asked questions
Is the report a PDF?
It is a live report in your account that updates weekly. You can share or print any section, and the evidence for each factor stays attached so a developer can act on it.
Does the free report include all 77 factors or only a sample?
All 77. The score and the top findings are free; the full report with every factor, its evidence and the fix list is 100 credits, which is $5 once or part of any plan. The same credits pay for doing the fixes inside the Marketing Manager workspace.
Can I audit a competitor's site to see a report example?
Yes, any public domain works. The competitor website audit page explains how to compare two reports side by side.
How is this different from the SEO audit report Semrush or Ahrefs produce?
Those tools produce a crawl-based issue list for subscribers paying about $130 a month. Brainito's report is free, covers trust, tracking, and conversion factors beyond the crawl, and ranks everything by impact in one list.
