Email Marketing Platform

A complete email marketing platform, priced by what you send

In 2027 a platform has to cover campaigns, automation, segments, your own domain, revenue reporting and the messaging channels next to email, or you end up stitching tools together. Brainito covers all of it in one workspace and charges 25 credits per 1,000 emails, with contacts free. No tier to outgrow when the list doubles.

Your Brainito cost

Estimated cost $20 a month, Starter plan$5$500

20,000 emails is 500 credits at 25 per 1,000. Starter adds 600 credits a month; the rest pays for audits, SEO and the tools.

The same list elsewhere

Published prices at the 10,000-contact tier, the smallest each vendor lists that covers 5,000 contacts.

  • BrevoStarter, at 100K emails$69/mo
  • MailchimpStandard, not published at this size$135/mo
  • KlaviyoEmail, not published at this size$150/mo

Brainito at the same volume: $20/mo, starter plan.

Competitor figures are published list prices, verified September 2026, at the nearest published tier rather than your exact count. Some are annual-billing or calculated rates, marked on the row. Check the vendor’s own calculator before you switch.

Plans from $20 a month, cancel any time, or 100 credits for $5. Most businesses spend $20 to $500 a month, and the credits also pay for SEO, the site builder and audits.

What a platform has to include now

The checklist a small business should hold any platform to, and how each item is covered here.

  • Campaigns with a real review step

Template, design with a test send, who and when, review. The review screen shows the audience count and the credits before anything leaves, so a wrong segment is caught on screen, not in the inbox.

  • Automation that is not a separate product

11 flows ready to edit, with triggers, waits, conditions, A/B splits, goals, tags, webhooks and SMS or WhatsApp steps. Included on every account at the same per-email rate as a campaign.

  • Segments with real conditions

Behavior, order count and value, tags, properties, dates, location, list membership and channel consent, nested with AND and OR. They recompute on their own as contacts act.

  • Your own domain from day one

Domain verification and sender identities on every account, including free. Start from a Brainito address at up to 100 a day while the DNS records are added, then send as your brand.

  • Attribution, not just open rates

Orders from your connected store are tied back to the campaign or flow that earned them, and shown next to GA4, Google Ads and Meta in one analytics view.

  • SMS and WhatsApp in the same place

Same contacts, same segments, consent per channel. Numbers and sender registration inside the app, WhatsApp through your own Business account, both usable as steps in an automation.

  • Where contacts come from

CSV imports with validation, Shopify and store connectors for customers and orders, lead forms on a site built here, Meta and Google lead forms, and a public API with webhooks for your own systems.

  • One balance for all of it

Email, SEO, the website builder, social, audits and the 300 or so marketing tools all draw from the same credits. One plan, one invoice, and nothing wasted at month end because credits never expire.

Moving to the platform

  1. Bring the list, with its consent

Export contacts from your current tool and import the CSV. Addresses are validated on the way in, consent is recorded per channel, and tags and properties come with them so your segments can be rebuilt.

  2. Send a campaign and switch on a flow

Pick a design, test it, pick a segment and send. Then open the automation gallery, choose a welcome or post-purchase flow, edit the copy and waits, and activate it. Both can run from a Brainito address while your domain verifies.

  3. Verify the domain and connect the rest

Add the DNS records to send from your brand at volume. Connect your store for orders and attribution, your ad accounts for the analytics view, and, if you text, buy a number or connect WhatsApp in the same workspace.
