The plan
Make $2,000 to $10,000 a month
Five steps, each one a tool you can open today. The finder feeds your outreach, outreach wins the build, the build opens a monthly retainer.
Start free for 3 months- Step 1
Find businesses with no website
Pick a trade and a city. Get the businesses with no site, or only a Facebook page, with phone, address and reviews. Twenty good prospects a day is plenty.
- Step 2
Reach out personally
One email that names something real about their business, a follow-up call, then a proposal written for them. Personal beats volume every time.
- Step 3$500 to $2,000 per site
Build the site and connect their domain
Brief in, site out, on the client's own domain, published to their own GitHub and Vercel. They own it; you keep the relationship.
- Step 4$99 a month per client
Keep it improving every month
A monthly audit hands you the next three fixes and a report the client can read. That report is why they keep paying.
- Step 5
Grow the account
Add social posts, email campaigns and WhatsApp automation for the same client, from the same workspace. Each channel is another line on the invoice.
